ST. JOHN'S - December 26th, 2007
GEORGIE came
HOME!
Georgie went
missing on Christmas Eve from the Calver Avenue area in St. John's, but is now
HOME!
Luckily, Georgie got his gifts that Santa Paws had left for him, two days later.
:)
Here's what Georgie's parents write:
"Thank you for any help that you
could have offered us. Luckily out cat Georgie has returned home. He was missing
for three days, which is unlike him. He returned home safe and sound, hungry and
tired and luckily with only a few cuts. He is very happy to be home, and we are
so happy to have him home!!
I have been very impressed with the help from the SPCA, The Humane Society,
Heavenly Creatures, and now from you. I have received follow up emails or calls
from all of you, concerning Georgie. All of you provide such a good service to
all the lost animals out there, and it is so good to know that you are there.
Luckily Georgie found his way home this time, But I know if he goes missing
again, I can look for help from all of you. Thank you for everything you do!!
Keep up with the Good Work!!
Sincerely,
Kelli and Georgie!"

BAYTONA / BIRCHY BAY /
ST. JOHN'S
BENJAMIN is HOME!
I have the absolute pleasure of advising everyone that Benjamin
is home! Here's what Benjamin's parents write:
"So many people offered to help us by keeping an eye and ear out and by
posting Benjamin's information on their websites! Thanks so much!
After many prayers and wishes for his safe return, Benjamin (aka Smokey) is
home!!!!! Benjamin was seen twice on Thursday and a super nice lady named Patsy
from Birchy Bay caught him in a live trap late Friday evening.
She went out of her way to help us get Benjamin back, more than earning her
reward! He arrived home on Saturday much skinnier, but overall in perfect shape.
Not even a scratch on him!
Yep, he's doing great...he's even more affectionate than ever! You can tell how
happy he is to be back home...he follows me everywhere and melts in the palm of
my hand when I give him a scratch! I've attached some pictures of him taken
after he came back to us - as you can see he's more than content to be home and
somewhere where it's warm with lots of food!
Thanks again everybody for all your help!
Heather, Jody, and Benjamin"

ALICE is BACK, safe and sound!
Alice went missing in the "Rabbit Town" area of St. John's on November
28th, 2007.
Thankfully, Christmas came early for Evelyn and Peter, when Alice arrived on
their doorstep on Tuesday, December 11th, 2007.
Alice's mommy writes:
"After almost two cold weeks, Alice
pranced up to the door this morning.
Very hungry, pretty thin and a little grimy but overall okay.
She's been trotting around the house to make sure everything is where it should
be and is currently lying on my lap.
Thank you for your help.
You have a great service, keep it up!
-Evelyn
